Step 1 -
Connect with a Homes for Heroes Agent

After reaching out to Jayme, she will contact you within 24 hours, assist you with any real estate questions you have, and provide insight and advice on navigating the current real estate market in your area.

Step 3 - Close with Confidence

After all of the paperwork is processed, it’s finally time to sign! All parties (agents, loan officers, title companies, buyers, sellers, and more) will meet to sign the appropriate paperwork and make your home purchase or sale official. Jayme will be by your side as you complete this important step in your real estate journey.

Step 2 - Honored to Serve You

Jayme will advocate on your behalf in your real estate transaction by seeking ways to streamline the buying or selling process and helping to maximize your savings. At this stage in the process, your home purchase or sale is not unlike what others experience; you’ll likely complete a loan pre-approval, a market analysis, identify and search for your ideal home, negotiate an offer, and evaluate an official home inspection.

 

Step 4-
Receive Your Hero Rewards Savings

After your real estate transaction closes, Jayme and the Homes for Heroes team will provide you with your Hero Rewards. These savings, which amount to 0.7 percent of the purchase price, come directly out of the agents’ pockets, and you as a qualified Hero simply receive a check. In addition, when you work with a Homes for Heroes professional in your area to finance, inspect, or title a home, you’ll also receive reduced fees and discounted services, all to show our support and gratitude for your service and sacrifice.
